Innovation design concept
The main castings of the machine are made of resin sand cast iron with stable material to ensure the long-term accuracy and service life of the machine.
The column is a double wall structure, which greatly improves the mechanical rigidity.
All slideway surfaces are precisely ground and covered with turcite-b wear-resistant sheet, which is matched with precision cutting.
The guide rail design is adopted between the z-axis counterweight and the column to prevent the counterweight from colliding with the column when the z-axis moves rapidly.
The three-axis adopts the precise ball (roller) screw, which is directly driven by the servo motor, without backlash error.
The Hardened Way Series CNC Machining Centers are purpose-built for demanding high-load and high-precision machining tasks. Featuring a full box-way (hardened guideway) design, this series offers outstanding rigidity, stability, and durability—making it ideal for operations such as heavy cutting and extended continuous machining. Widely trusted in mold manufacturing, heavy equipment, and energy industries, these machines ensure consistent performance under extreme workloads.
● Select high rigidity precision linear slide with high speed and low noise, low wear characteristics suitable for precision mold fast parts processing requirements.

Full Box-Way Guide Design: All three axes (X/Y/Z) adopt precision-scraped hardened box ways, providing large contact surfaces, strong vibration damping, and superior load-bearing capacity—ideal for heavy-duty machining.
Heavy-Duty Casting Base: All machine castings are made from high-grade resin sand cast iron and undergo thermal and vibration aging to minimize residual stress and structural deformation.
Repeatability: ±0.005 mm per 300 mm ensures long-term consistency in machining accuracy.
Spindle Speed: Standard 6,000–8,000 RPM with significantly enhanced torque, ideal for cutting hard metals like steel and cast iron.
Max Cutting Depth: Up to 15 mm
Feed Force: Up to 10 kN
Coolant System: High-flow cooling system included as standard, prolonging tool life and ensuring thermal stability during deep cuts.
Equipped with advanced CNC systems such as Mitsubishi, FANUC, or premium domestic controllers.
24-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) boosts productivity with fast, reliable tool swaps.
Metals:
Mild steel, alloy steel, tool steel (e.g., H13, SKD11)
Stainless steel (304/316), cast iron (HT250)
Superalloys (Inconel 718), titanium alloys (TC4)
Non-metals:
Graphite, engineering plastics, composite materials
Heavy Cutting: Large-volume milling, deep cavity machining, and processing of high-hardness materials
Precision Machining: Tight tolerance holes (H7 class), complex curved surfaces (mold cavities)
Compound Machining: Complete roughing and finishing in a single setup—reducing repositioning and cycle time
Small to Medium Components: Mold inserts, hydraulic valve blocks
Large Workpieces: Frames for energy equipment, construction machinery parts

The Small Box Way Machining Center can be used for roughing and finishing mold inserts, die components, mold plates and tooling parts made from steel, cast iron or non-ferrous metals.
Typical applications include brackets, housings, fixture components, transmission parts and other small or medium-sized automotive components.
The H-850B Compact Heavy Duty VMC can perform milling, drilling, boring and tapping operations on valve blocks, manifolds, pump housings and related fluid-control components.
The 800mm Travel Vertical Machining Center is suitable for equipment components, mounting plates, bearing seats, machine brackets and other general mechanical parts.
Its worktable size and 24-tool magazine support the machining of jigs, fixtures, inspection tools, base plates and customized production tooling.
The H-850B is a suitable choice when you need:
A compact vertical machining center with box way rigidity
An 800 mm X-axis machining range
A BT40 spindle for widely available CNC tooling
Stable machining of steel and cast-iron components
A 450 kg worktable loading capacity
Multiple machining processes completed in one setup
A 24-tool magazine for flexible production
Better vibration resistance during roughing and interrupted cutting
For significantly larger or heavier workpieces, a larger model such as the H-1370B or H-1890B may provide a more suitable machining range and table capacity.
